Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.

At this time, direct product exchanges are not always available.

The fastest solution is usually to:

  2. Place a new order for the preferred replacement product once the return is approved

For orders delivered within the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return eligible purchases within 14 days of delivery under applicable consumer protection regulations.

To qualify:

This applies independently from our standard 30-day return policy.
